From Comfort Zone to Confidence Zone:

An 8 week course in NYC with Sharon Melnick, Ph.D.


Each Tuesday for 8 weeks we will meet for 2 hours in a small group setting. I will always come early and stay late to answer all your questions. The next session will begin in March.

Take this course if you are ready to be done with the insecurities and behaviors that hold you back, and if you are ready for a fast track to the goals you have for your success.

Here is what you will have at the end of the 8 weeks:

  • Have more confidence than you have ever experienced (or a return to a prior level of confidence you haven't had in a long time)

  • You will lead your life on your own terms, not someone else's terms.

  • You will put your efforts into the things that will lead to the results you want, rather than going in a million directions, feeling overwhelmed but not getting what you want.

  • You will become clear on exactly what you want for your next chapter in your life, whether its continuing your current situation or changing to something that’s much more satisfying.

Week 1

Transform each and every negative and unconstructive thought into a focused, results oriented thought. See what a difference it makes when each of your 60,000 thoughts a day are going towards helping you get the results you want. You will have a handful of the most powerful tools I’ve ever come across to help you FOCUS when you get overwhelmed and are buzzing in too many directions

Week 2

Learn how to not take things personally. End all the time you’ve spent obsessing over situations that make you feel in a funk. Learn how to easily move past situations that used to get you all ‘fussed up’ and stop you from having the success you want.

If you’ve been thinking that other people are standing in the way of your success, you’ll have a whole new way of looking at things after this meeting! From this moment on, you’ll know how to be in charge of your own life and to create the reality you want for yourself. (You’ll learn how you’ve created the stuck situation you are in now and how to turn things around quickly).

Week 3

(Here’s where we start the part of the workshop that involves the ‘special sauce’ techniques I invented) Discover the real origins of your 'negative voice' (hint: you never learned this in therapy!)

Liberate yourself from your 'inner critic'; after all these years, finally accept yourself and come to believe that you are ‘good enough’.

Week 4

Say goodbye forever to "worrying what other people think of you”!

Learn techniques to get what you want that will work better than all the other strategies you’ve ever tried.

Week 5

If there is anyone in your life who really ‘gets to you’ now – you will learn how to deal effectively with this person by either knowing how to get them to do what you want them to do OR by detaching and not feeling so affected by them anymore.

Develop a deep trust in yourself and your own intuition. Learn to rely on yourself so that you don’t have to be so sensitive to what other people think and say.

Make decisions more easily. Be able to take risks and 'go for it'

Start to experience what its like to REALLY get what you want, and enjoy how exciting and fulfilling it feels. You won’t ever want to go back to the old ways.

Week 6

Learn two handfuls of techniques for overcoming avoidance and procrastination.

You will learn how to have discipline so that you leave at the end of your day feeling that you have accomplished what you set out to do, and you can “leave work at the office.”

Week 7

Clarify what you REALLY want in your business and in your life. Use a specially designed formula to help you make tradeoffs between all the different things you want. Know exactly what to put your efforts into from this session forward.

Week 8

Learn how to keep up the skills you have learned, so that you can continue to make your life more and more the way you want it (rather than having a good couple of weeks and then going back to ‘your old self’). You will know how to get yourself to do things when you feel tempted to avoid and procrastinate. You will know how to get over stressful situations quickly so you can stay focused on the results you deserve.
